By subscribing to our service, you consent to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Terms.

GENERAL TERMS

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and we abide by the laws of Dubai. We do not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. The website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy maybe changed or updated. For this reason, customers are encouraged to frequently visit both sections to be updated about the changes on the website.

SUBSCRIPTION

By purchasing any of our subscription plans, you authorize us to, at the beginning of each billing cycle, auto deduct your monthly subscription amount. If you pause or cancel your subscription, no further deductions will be made after the last cycle you paid for.

In order to purchase subscription Yum in a Box boxes from the website, you must first register to set up an account with us by completing the registration form on the website.

In order to register an account you must be a resident in the UAE, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Terms. By creating an account, you are confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided when registering an account is accurate and true. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the information in the account is updated.

The customer responsible for all activities and purchases that occur under his/her account. The customer must notify us immediately if he/she know of, or suspect, that anyone has obtained access to his/her account or if he/she otherwise become aware of any unauthorized use of the account or other security breach.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

QUALITY AND STANDARDS

Yum in a Box’s meals are supervised by our team. The meals are prepared, packed and sent to you in carton boxes. We strive to maintain the highest of standards of safety.

DELIVERY

We currently deliver in Dubai, UAE.

We use our chiller vans for the delivery service.

When receiving Yum in a Box meals, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the food is refrigerated. Make sure to heat it in an oven or a microwave before consuming.

FOOD ALLERGIES

Please note that our food may contain ingredients such as nuts, dairy, or gluten.

If you have any type of food allergy, it is your responsibility to inform us, otherwise we are not responsible for any food allergies that may occur as a result of consuming our food.

You may select to exclude items as you wish if it may cause allergies.

PAYMENT

Card payments and checks are accepted.

We will send you a payment confirmation to the email you registered with us after successful completion of the transaction.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time. In such event, you will continue receiving your weekly snack boxes for the remaining boxes balance, which you paid for, but no further deductions or renewals will be made.

If you wish to cancel, you can simply go to your account on our website and cancel your subscription plan, or send an email to info@yuminaboxuae.com Please mention the reason of cancelation so we can improve our offering and service.

RETURN POLICY

We regret to inform you that we do not accept a return policy unless we fail to deliver the food on time.

CHANGE IN PRICES

Prices may be subject to change at our discretion, without prior notice. Prices of placed orders will not change. Price of any purchased subscriptions will not change without prior notifications.

APPLICABLE LAW

Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Dubai, UAE. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
